 Jonathan is a highly skilled and accomplished lawyer with over 14 years of experience across regulatory, commercial, and criminal law. He has held key legal positions in prominent government agencies, including the NSW Independent Casino Commission, the NSW Building Commissioner, and the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

During his time with the NSW DPP, Jonathan appeared in the Local, District and Supreme Court.  During his career, Jonathan appeared in many high-profile criminal trials.  

Throughout his career, Jonathan has demonstrated exceptional expertise in litigation, policy development, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. As a Principal Legal Officer, he has successfully led legal teams, managed high-profile cases, and provided strategic legal counsel to government bodies. His strong background in construction law, regulatory enforcement, and administrative law has enabled him to navigate complex legal frameworks with precision.

Jonathan’s career also includes a role as the Legal Assistance Manager with Defence Counsel Services, where he has provided legal advice on military law, disciplinary matters, and operational compliance. Jonathan is a reserve legal officer within the Royal Australian Airforce and has been involved in complex and ongoing inquiries.
